Fruit Logistica…
What a Week!

05 February 2018

Like many others associated with the fresh produce business, our team at Global Plant Genetics descends on Berlin later this week for Fruit Logistica. The massive international trade event hosts leading fresh produce companies from all quarters of the world, showcasing their products and services. For those of you that have never attended, the scale of it is best described in youthful vernacular as “awesome”. Three days, multiple meetings in half hour slots and dinners each evening are the norm for most of us, with lots of walking and tired heads at the end of each evening.

We are excited to be there as a company of course, meeting many international clients both existing and new, to discuss our world class international Intellectual Property portfolio of Asparagus, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Strawberries and Grape Rootstocks. We even have some meetings lined up with breeders wanting us to represent new products from their portfolios.

Like everyone else, we will close some deals during the week, open doors for future business collaboration and return thoroughly exhausted.

We’re really looking forward to those meetings we currently have in the diaries. If we have not arranged to meet and you would like to discuss any part of our portfolio, please contact us as follows:
